Field Honey Farms

UK

Field Honey Farms, dedicated to producing the finest quality honey, takes pride in its meticulous honey management process. They ensure their honey maintains its natural integrity and quality from hive to jar.

The honey is constantly evaluated for its flower origins and quality, and after extraction, it’s stored in large tanks before bottling. This process includes gentle warming in a thermostatically controlled environment, preserving the honey’s natural properties, including Diastase Activity and H.M.F. levels.

Unique Honey Varieties from Diverse Landscapes

Field Honey Farms sources its honey from two distinct regions, each contributing unique characteristics to the honey:

  1. Salisbury Plain: Known for its unspoilt chalk grassland, this area offers a rich supply of nectar and pollen. The summer honey from here, sourced from wildflowers like White Clover and Sainfoin, is reminiscent of the classic honey taste many remember from childhood.
  2. Dorset Heath: Part of the Lowland Heath in Southern England, this area provides a different foraging experience for the bees. The honey collected here, especially from the Calluna Vulgaris (Ling Heather), is known for its unique thixotropic texture and robust flavour.

Commitment to Natural Honey Production

Field Honey Farms’ approach to honey production balances traditional methods and modern understanding. They focus on preserving the natural qualities of honey, ensuring that each jar offers a taste of the unique landscapes from which it’s sourced. Their commitment to quality and natural production methods makes them a distinguished name in the world of honey.
